Q&A Frequently Asked Questions

Q1.What is your "Cleaning System"?
A.First, we wipe the location that is to be cleaned, then we suggest the appropriate cleaning water and cleaning method for that location. As you continue to use them, the cleaning effects increase. Of course, we can also customize the cleaning system in response to customers' wishes.
Q2.What is the "Biocare System"?
A.This is one of our cleaning systems. It is a system in which the cleaning water contains soil bacteria and lactic acid bacteria. These bacteria exist in nature, are kind to buildings, people and the environment, and can be used with peace of mind. They are mainly suited to removing odors and yellowing from toilets.
Q3.What is the "AN21 System"?
A.This is one of our cleaning systems. It is a system in which no detergents are used, and alkaline ionized water is employed as the cleaning water. The cleaning water is alkaline, but it is not a chemical substance, so you can use it safely. It can be used in a variety of places, including on floors, glass and furniture.
Q4.We have had a lot of things pointed out by the fire department as requiring improvement, and are having trouble responding.
A.Staff from our company who are highly experienced in fire-related matters and facilities management work will pay you a visit, carry out a survey, answer your questions, and suggest ways that you can make improvements. Please feel free to discuss your situation with us.
Q5.What is the "Buildings Management Act"?
A.The formal name is the "Act on the Maintenance of Sanitation in Buildings." It is also called the "Buildings Sanitation Act." This law prescribes, in the concrete form of management standards, the measures (air, water, cleaning, and the control of rats and insects, etc.) that are necessary in order to maintain a building's environment in a hygienic state.
Q6.Once every how many months is it OK to carry out periodic floor cleaning?
A. It will vary depending on things like how dirty the floor gets and how frequently it gets walked over. Periodic cleaning is generally carried out about twice a year, but some floors that get very dirty are cleaned about once every two months.
Q7.What is "strip cleaning"?
A.When a building's floor surface is a hard floor, it is coated with a thin, film-like layer (wax). The floor is washed and the wax reapplied in order to remove surface dirt periodically, but in the long-term, the coating layer deteriorates and dirt in deeper layers becomes noticeable. Because of this, all the wax needs to be removed and reapplied once every one to two years. This operation is called "strip cleaning."
